1. Donations β No Refund Policy
As a nonprofit organization, all donations made to One Citizen Humanity (OCH) are final and non-refundable. Donations support our humanitarian mission and are used immediately to fund aid projects, advocacy, and operational expenses.
If a donation was made in error or you believe there was unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us within 14 days at:

2. Merchandise β Refunds and Returns
2.1. Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds for physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, plush toys, printed materials) purchased through our online store, under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- You return the item within 30 days of delivery
2.2. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
2.3. Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7β14 business days.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order if needed.
5. Digital Products
Digital content (e.g., downloadable documents, e-books, event tickets) is non-refundable, except where required by law.
