Growing Local Chapters
A Country Team is created only after ten (10) committed Active or Expert Members demonstrate sustained engagement and elect a coordinator. Each Chapter signs a Memorandum of Understanding and remains under HQ oversight until large enough to form its own legal entity.
Code of Conduct & Termination
Membership requires adherence to our Constitution and humanitarian principles. Serious violations or criminal acts lead to immediate termination. Re-application is possible only after five (5) years and is subject to review by the Ethics Council.
