1 Purpose
One Citizen Humanity (“OCH”) is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability and transparency. This policy provides protected channels to report fraud, safeguarding breaches, human‑rights violations or any other misconduct connected to OCH projects or partners.
2 Scope
Applies to all employees, volunteers, consultants, implementing partners, suppliers and beneficiaries — regardless of contract type or location.

4 Investigation Procedure
4.1 Acknowledgement – 3 working days
Ethics & Compliance Officer confirms receipt via secure channel.
4.2 Preliminary Review – 10 working days
Determine scope, potential conflict of interest, need for external investigator.
4.3 Full Investigation – target 30 days
Ad‑hoc panel gathers evidence, interviews witnesses, maintains chain of custody.
4.4 Outcome & Remediation
Findings shared with reporter (unless anonymous). CEO approves action plan; Board oversees implementation.
5 Protection & Confidentiality
No individual will suffer retaliation for making a report in good faith. All personal data is processed under EU GDPR and Swedish law. Anonymous reports are investigated with equal rigor.
6 External Escalation
If internal channels prove ineffective, concerns may be raised with:
- EU Anti‑Fraud Office (OLAF)
- UN Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS)
- National labour inspectorates or data‑protection authorities
